Cannot say enough good things about this store. Brian truly cares about his customers and treats them like family. They're fair, honest and have gone the extra mile for us numerous times. I lost the stone out of my engagement ring, maybe two weeks after they inspected the claws; not ... did they send it in for assessment, but they COVERED the entire cost for the replacement diamond without requiring we pay a cent/go through insurance. As luck would have it, I found the original diamond when doing housework and they again sent my ring in and had the original put back. If you need any work done on existing jewellery, come here. Their prices are excellent (needed a necklace fixed) and they repair the items on site. The jeweller is busy almost all day, but repairs are almost always while you wait (return to them to get your item within 20 ... minutes). The stuff were super-friendly and several of the items in the display cases were cheaper and of the same or higher quality that other jewellers displays, such as necklaces that won't get caught in your hair.
